Present: Engaged in the general practice of law with a focus in the areas of estate planning, corporate law, business law, wills, probate, and tax law. Mr. Luhn has served as an instructor for attorneys, accountants, and other professionals for continuing education through the National Business Institute. He has also presented on numerous occasions to community groups and at the University of Tennessee. Mr. Luhn has also written for the Tennessee Young Lawyer, a publication of the Tennessee Bar Association.



Since graduating law school in 2005, Mrs. Luhn has practiced exclusively family law, including divorce and post-divorce litigation, child custody, child support, paternity cases, etc.

She is a Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator and a regular instructor for Continuing Legal Education seminars, teaching various family law topics.

Mrs. Luhn was voted by her peers as a “Top Attorney” in Knoxville’s Cityview Magazine for Family Law/Divorce in 2015, 2016, and 2017.

She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville (2005), where she was the recipient of the Charles Miller Excellence in Advocacy Award, a recipient of the Dean's Citation for Extraordinary Contribution to the College of Law, and a founding member and deputy editor of the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy.

Mrs. Luhn graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee in 2000, receiving the Top Graduate Award for the College of Business Administration.

She serves as a Board Member for the nonprofit organization, Harmony Family Center.

She is regularly featured on and appearing as a “Legal Analyst” for various Oxygen Network television shows, including Fatal Attraction, Killer Couples, and Snapped.

She works with her husband, David H. Luhn (an estate planning and business attorney), even sharing adjoining offices. They have four children—ages 7, 6, 4, and 3. She is an active member of the PTO and a regular volunteer at her children’s elementary school, Girl Scouts Troop Leader, and volunteer basketball coach for her daughter’s basketball team. Most recently, she has ventured into the world of competitive triathlons and completed the Half Ironman in October 2017.


born Kingsport, Tennessee, and admitted to bar, 1984, Tennessee. Also admitted to the United District Court of the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Tennessee; the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Gibson graduated from the University of Tennessee (B.A., with Honors, 1975); pursued graduate studies at the University of Chicago, and obtained his doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee in 1984.

Member: Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association and Defense Research Institute. Mr. Gibson has served as a charter member of public school foundations in the Knoxville area, has served on the Board of Directors of Camp Montvale for Children, the Blount Mansion of Knoxville, and presently serves as Board Director and Fund Raising Chairman of the Appalachian Bear Rescue.

Present: His areas of practice include: Professional and personal liability, employment practices, premises liability, business litigation, products liability litigation, drugs and medical devices, as well as other professional liability cases.

In law school, Mr. Winston was the Recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Legal Writing. CALI awards are given to the highest scoring student in each law school class at many law schools. Additionally, as President of the Federalist Society 2013-14, he led the University of South Carolina chapter to its first “Feddie” award, the Alexander Hamilton Award for most improved chapter in the nation.
